We start by restoring proper positioning of the cervical spine to support nervous system regulation, posture, and full-body coordination. When the neck is aligned, the body can better organize movement patterns and reduce compensatory stress downstream.
From there, we focus on knee stability through intentional strengthening of the glutes, quads, and deep stabilizers. Emphasis is placed on preventing hyperextension, improving joint tracking, and reinforcing control through functional movement.
